Career Information Solutions Business Leader, Indonesia
Astrid is the Career Information Solutions Business Leader for Mercer in Indonesia. She re-joined Mercer in 2015 and during her first tenure with Mercer which was from 2009 to 2013, Astrid worked as a senior consultant within the Career Information Solutions business. In her current role, she manages Mercer’s total rewards solutions and the delivery of talent solutions products across Indonesia.
Prior to re-joining Mercer, Astrid was the Head of Performance and Rewards management in Maybank Indonesia (previously known as Bank Internasional Indonesia - BII).
Astrid holds a Master of Science degree from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.
