Flor Molon is a Business Leader for Career Information Solutions business in Mercer Philippines. With over 20 years of experience, she is responsible for driving business initiatives and overall operation of Career line of business in the Philippines.
She has consulted numerous firms across a variety of industries in Philippines and ASEAN markets to help solve complex challenges in the areas of compensation and benefits design, performance management, competencies framework development, job analysis and job evaluation. She is also a training facilitator for ASEAN Mercer Learning program and a frequent speaker at HR forums.
Flor’s previous career roles include HR line experience in the Banking, Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical Industry focusing on rewards management and design, job evaluation and performance management, labour and employee relations including CBA negotiations.
Flor has earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas. She was cited as one of the Ten Outstanding Business Administration Graduate and a Leadership Awardee by the Junior Chamber of Business Administrators. She also has taken her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university.
