Japanese Business Advisory Segment Leader, ASEAN
Motoki is a Principal in Mercer’s Career Solutions team and leads the Japanese Business Advisory business segment in ASEAN. Based in Bangkok, Motoki advises Japanese organizations operating in ASEAN on organization and HR issues.
He has led a number of consulting projects as a project director for both large-scale domestic companies and high-profile multinationals. His areas of expertise include organization design, role and competency modeling, career architecture, compensation strategy and design, performance management as well as change management, leadership development and assessment. Motoki’s clients range across a wide variety of industries including, automobile, high-tech, entertainment, life insurance, industrial machinery, mining, food & beverages, telecommunication, energy and pharmaceutical.
Motoki is also an expert of job evaluation and was the leader of International Position Evaluation Committee, in Mercer Japan prior to moving to Thailand.
Motoki has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Keio University.
