Phongpiboon is a Principal and the Career Business Leader for Mercer Thailand. He has experience in both strategy and management consulting.
Phongpiboon provides advisory services related to organizational transformation, people strategy, organization development, performance management talent management, rewards management, and post-merger integration. He has worked with leading organizations in insurance, banking and finance, oil and gas, real estate, petrochemical, consumer goods, and the electronic sectors in Thailand.
He has spent several years in both corporate and consulting roles in the Thai financial services sector. Prior to joining Mercer, he held key responsibilities at MFC Asset Management Company PLC and with Bangkok Bank PCL’s research team, where he provided macroeconomic and major industry forecasting on Thailand.
Phongpiboon has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in economics from Thammasat University in Thailand.
