Thaya is a Principal in Mercer’s M&A Transaction Services based in Bangkok. She advises clients on HR M&A readiness, pre-deal HR due diligence, do-by-close, organizational integration and separation, including workforce and job re-alignment, reward integration, culture integration change management, joint ventures, divestitures, spin-offs and organizational transformations.
Her experience spans across organization design, talent development and management, competency modeling and assessment, performance management, job evaluation, and compensation management for clients in the energy, high-tech, financial services, retail, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors.
Prior to joining Mercer, Thaya worked as an HR consultant within a university in Thailand.
Thaya holds a Bachelor of Arts (first-class honors), A Master of Arts from Chulalongkorn University and an Executive Program Certificate from the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration.
