Broking Services Team Head, Philippines
Vicky has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and broking industry. She joined Mercer Marsh Benefits in October 1995 after 7 years of experience from a life insurance company as Manager of Claims Administration group.
Vicky has expertise in both sales and account management - advising multinational and local clients on the design, delivery and placement of insured benefits programs. She is responsible for client renewals as well as for building and strengthening exiting client relationships. She possesses deep expertise in insured employee benefits covering product knowledge, claims, administration, multinational pooling and third party administration.
She is currently the International Benefits lead of the Philippines for Mercer’s Regional and Global Benefits Management clients.
Vicky has a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas. With further studies, she gained two Associate designations: Associate Life & Health Claims and Associate Customer Service from Life Office Management Association (LOMA), USA.
