Terms of Engagement
The general conditions under which Marsh offers its services is defined in the terms of engagement and sometimes in a personalized service level agreement. A copy of these documents is provided to the client prior to entering a contract with Marsh.

Insurance Policy № 16-18-14-2020-1388 as of 15 September 2020.
The object of insurance is the property interest of the Insured associated with caused material damage to the Insureds' clients (legal entities or individuals), who ordered re(insurance) intermediary activities, as a result of deliberate actions of the insured expressed in errors and omissions while performing insurance broker activities in accordance with applicable law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Insurer: Eurasia Insurance Company, JSC. Insured risks are:
1) a court decision entered into legal force and obliging the Insured to compensate the damage caused to third parties as a result of the activities of the Insured;
2) voluntary satisfaction of a claim by the Insured to compensate the damage caused to third parties as a result of the activities of the Insured after prior agreement with the Insurer.
Policy Sum Insured - 916 740 000,00 KZT, but 730 614 000,00 KZT each and every occurrence. Deductible - 4 200 000,00 KZT. Insurance period: October 1, 2020 -September 30, 2021
