Marking 50 years of change together…

A lot has changed in a year. But we look back half a century – to when Mercer opened the doors to its first UK office – and the world has evolved beyond recognition. So as our 50-year anniversary prompts reflection, we wanted to share a video to highlight what we’ve achieved together.

Not only have we helped our clients navigate periods of privatisation, expansion and economic crises. By working closely together, we’ve also tackled complex governance reforms. And we’ve been bold enough to challenge the status quo – leading the charge towards a more inclusive workplace while being the first to set up a responsible investment team.

Despite continued change, Mercer’s own role in the world remains the same. We fuse empathy with economics to help our clients execute well and make an impact – working together to deliver a brighter future.
