Principal
Catherine is a Principal based in the Hong Kong office and the Hong Kong Consulting Leader for Mercer Marsh Benefits.
Prior to this role, Catherine spent 6 years within the Mercer New York International Consulting practice where she worked with global clients providing advice on the design and funding of their employee benefit plans worldwide. She assisted clients with all aspects of international benefits, including support with M&A transactions, global benefits management, multi-country benefit reviews, competitive benchmarking, expatriate employee benefit programs and multinational pooling activity. Catherine specializes in strategic consulting projects that bridge various practices including Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, US and International Health and Benefits and Communication.
Catherine started her career with Mercer Canada where she spent over four years in the Health and Benefits and Retirement Outsourcing practices.
Catherine speaks French, English and Spanish.
Catherine holds a BS in mathematics from the University of Montreal.
