Nicole is the Associate Director of Mercer Hong Kong. She is responsible for Organization Design and Future of Work.
Trained and experienced in teaching and facilitating workshops in both education institution and commercial settings. Nicole has senior level consulting facilitation experience, designing and delivering various training programs for executives and senior management.
Nicole has participated in in designing and developing training curriculum internally for Mercer employees. Her strong understanding in Mercer evidence-based research and framework are often well received by colleagues and clients. In order to provide a remarkable experience for her clients, she encourages interaction, activities and group discussions throughout the training journey.
Nicole has worked across a wide range of sectors (e.g. tourism, public sector, financial services and SME) and multiple geographies (Asia, Europe, Middle East and North America). Her in-depth knowledge on the labor regulations and talent trends allows her to recommend practical and best practice solutions.
