Pearl has more than 8 years of consulting experience in multinational projects across various regions including Hong Kong, China, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Malaysia. She comes from a management consulting background with projects across various industries such as railway, luxury retail, government organization etc.. She has hands-on experience in delivery and management of large scale and international projects.
Pearl has extensive experience in managing and delivering upskilling workshops and trainings. She has led multiple L&D projects by supporting her clients in training needs analysis, training design, delivery and evaluation. Her facilitation style is business focused and engaging, supported by real life examples that she has collected throughout her consulting career. She targets to enable her clients in acquiring new skills by thinking from a hybrid angle of HR Consultant and in-house HR.
One of her recent projects includes development of a leadership programme for a global luxury retail client where topics of business strategy, people & team management, and leadership styles were covered. Pearl is also very knowledgeable in the area of employee experience, where she is often able to support her HR clients ranging from C-suite to generalist in identifying user-centric talent solutions for the business.
