Vicki Fan is the CEO of Hong Kong at Mercer. Before she joined Mercer she rose to the ranks of Partner in not one, but two of the Big 4 accounting and consulting firms. Vicki has over 20 years of corporate management and consultancy experience under her belt and a passion for learning.
That’s why she’s proud of heading Mercer’s Hong Kong business and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. The bedrock of her and team’s success isn’t just the Mercer passion for creativity, craving for knowledge and authentic comfort in being able to be themselves, it is also their ability to focus on doing things better and being in it to win it, together.
Vicki knows that consultants are naturally very client-centric, but what’s also high on her agenda is to do more to ensure that her people feel embraced as much as clients do, which is why her personal mission is to build an organization where her own kids would want to work. She is also the executive sponsor for Mercer Cares (Mercer’s CSR initiative) for the Asia region, which realizes another one of her passions and that is to give back to the community.
