As you will be aware, Mercer acquired Darwin Technologies (previously Thomsons Online Benefits Limited) (“Darwin”) in December 2016. Since then we have steadily been aligning Darwin with Mercer, most recently announcing the creation of three new teams which will significantly enhance the client experience, help us to scale our operations and provide a constant focus on innovation.
The final stage of this journey is to integrate the Darwin Technologies business into Mercer Limited so it will no longer trade as a separate company to further improve the client experience by making us easier to do business with.
