Dermot is currently one of Sky’s main news anchors, presenting Sky News with Dermot Murnaghan.
He previously presented BBC Breakfast, Treasure Hunt, Eggheads, Celebrity Eggheads and Are You An Egghead? (BBC2), The State We’re In (BBC 3), Crimes That Shook Britain (CI) and has previously fronted Sky’s Sunday morning political programme, Murnaghan.
Prior to this he fronted ITV’s Lunchtime, Nightly and Evening news bulletins for eleven years and was a key part of the presentation team covering the 2001 General Election. In 1997 Dermot broke the news to the nation about the sudden death of Diana, Princess of Wales.
He has won the Royal Television Society’s Interviewer of The Year Award for his interview with Peter Mandelson which resulted in his resignation from the Cabinet and has received Newscaster of The Year Award from TRIC for his work at ITN.
Before joining ITN’s Lunchtime News, Dermot regularly presented Channel 4 News and fronted five series of The Big Story (ITV). He was also a reporter for Business Programme (Channel 4), co-presenter for ITV’s Sports Awards and was the anchor of Channel 4 Daily.
After obtaining an MA in History from Sussex University he went on to complete a post-graduate course in Journalism at City University.
Dermot is married to journalist Maria Keegan. They have three daughters and a son: Kitty, Molly, Alice and Jack. He is an Arsenal fan and a keen cyclist.
Benoit Hudon is Mercer UK President & CEO (subject to FCA approval) and UK Wealth Leader. He is a member of Mercer's Executive Leadership Team and also a director of Mercer Limited (UK).
Previously, Benoit held various leadership positions at Mercer, including Global Defined Benefit Pensions Leader, Europe & Pacific Wealth Leader, Mercer Canada Retirement Leader and Mercer Canada Retirement Innovation Leader.
He has been providing risk and Human Resources management consulting services for over 25 years to domestic and international clients, and serves on a number of boards. Throughout his career, Benoit has contributed extensively to the development of pension risk management models and consulting solutions, including being the lead advisor on the only two pension longevity insurance transactions ever executed outside of the United Kingdom.
Benoit holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial sciences from Université Laval and is a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
Teresa moved into the HR COO role in November 2020. She joined MMC as the HR Director for Mercer in the UK in 2019 following the acquisition of JLT. Teresa joined JLT in 2014, initially as Chief Operating Officer for the Employee Benefits business and then leading JLT’s Technology Solutions business.
Teresa's career began as an consulting civil engineer. From there she moved into management consultancy leading change and transformation on behalf of public and private sector clients. She left consulting in 2008 for an opportunity to lead a global portfolio of transformation in an insurer followed by a period as an interim IT Director.
Teresa is also a Non-Executive Director at REAch2, the UK’s largest primary-only multi academy trust.
Ram is currently the the HR Director for TCS UK & Ireland . In this role, he is responsible for the end to end HR function for over 19000 employees from 50 nationalities.
Ram has been with TCS for more than 21 years and has a global experience handling different HR functions across US, UK and India .His areas of expertise include driving key initiatives in HR transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Leadership development, Employee Health and Safety and deployment of HR practices at scale across the organization.
Ram’s primary responsibility is to steer the phenomenal growth journey and Talent transformation of TCS UK&I. TCS UK has added more than 6000 employees in the last 4 years. There has also been a massive transformation programme through building digital skills for all of TCS’s employees. TCS has also been recognized as the No1 Top Employer in the UK by the top employers Institute 2019 and 2020, and also recognized as the Top 25 best companies to work for and consistently ranked No1 in Customer Satisfaction by White Lane research.
Rachel joined Experian in 2014. Rachel currently leads a team of HR professionals to strategically partner the region, deliver HR solutions and build a compelling Employee Value Proposition that enables Experian to attract, engage and retain the talent needed to deliver the company strategy. Her team create strategies to drive a high performance culture.
Rachel was educated at University of Newcastle upon Tyne where she achieved a BSc (Hon) in Psychology and University of Westminster achieving an MA (Hons) in Personal and Development.
Nia joined Calor Gas 3 years ago and since joining has been leading the business response to Covid. Also during that time Nia has developed the people strategy for the business, which is undergoing a significant transformation to become a renewable energy company.
Prior to joining the Calor Gas team, Nia spent time with the Mercerdes Formula 1 team and a significant time at Royal Mail, supporting one of the biggest cultural transformation within the UK. Nia is particularly passionate about ED&I and over the past 15 years has been supporting organisations identify ways to deliver on EDI commitments.
Nia grew up in Cardiff, Wales, went to University in Nottingham, completed her Masters in London and now resides in Stratford-upon-Avon with her husband and three young children.
I joined Wellcome in 2016 to modernise and develop the Reward & Wellbeing function of this fascinating, high-impact charitable foundation, that supports medical research around the world, develops the brightest minds and attracts the incurably curious. Wellcome has been growing at pace, thus bringing exciting opportunities and challenges. Prior to that, I worked in consulting, where I partnered with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies on Reward and Organisation Development projects. The common thread has been my focus on people, on creating sustainable foundations and on working with energy and, dare I say, fun.
Simone has been the North Regional HR Director for DS Smith Packaging for nearly three years, covering Germany, Switzerland, UK, Benelux, Nordic countries for about 9000 employees and 80 sites. She has been at DS Smith for six years this year, having joined as HRD for the UK, and going on to complete an 18 month assignment in the Division on a large Packaging wide OD programme. Simone previously worked in senior HR roles in a variety of sectors, most latterly in private equity healthcare but previously in banking, public sector services, and telecommunications.
Simone graduated with a BSc in Business and went on to study for an MSc in Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck College, University of London. She also lived and worked in Germany for the earlier part of her career.
Chris was appointed CEO of the UK & Ireland Region of Marsh in June 2018. Chris also serves as the Country Corporate Officer for Marsh McLennan in the UK, working with our businesses – Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer, Oliver Wyman - to deliver the Marsh McLennan Advantage.
During his more than 30-year career with Marsh, Chris has held a variety of senior leadership positions in the UK, EMEA, North America, and globally. In addition to CEO roles in the UK & Canada, Chris has had leadership responsibility for our Middle East, Eastern Europe, Russian and Nordic regions. He has also led Business Development for our International Division and had global responsibility for Sales and our Captive Solutions business.
Chris studied at University College in London where he obtained a BSc. (Econ) Hons. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. He is a member of The Executive Council and Deputy President of The Insurance Institute of London.
Chris also serves on The President’s Committee of The CBI and The Leadership Council of The City UK.
Noel joined Savills in 2014 and is responsible for all aspects of HR across a population of 1100 people. Before joining Savills, he was Group HR Director at Azzurri Communications Ltd, a private equity backed business, from 2006, successfully integrating 15 different businesses and responsible for developing and implementing a co-ordinated HR strategy. From 2000 to 2006, he worked for Mercer HR Consulting where he was Head of HR Operations for UK & Europe and latterly European HR Business Leader. Prior to that he served in the Royal Air Force Regiment for 22 years and held a number of operational and training roles.
Marc Muntermann joined Siemens Energy March 2020. Marc Muntermann holds a graduate degree in vocational studies and economic education from the University of Cologne where he specialized in the fields of Vocational Education and Corporate Development and Organization and a Master‘s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) where he specialized in Accounting.
Within Siemens Energy AG, Marc is leading the Global Compensation and Benefits team as well as the Executive HR team. In this position he is responsible for the design and governance of the Managing Board & Executive remuneration as well as all other personal matters. As global C&B Head, Marc is responsible for the entire compensation & benefits strategy including global employment conditions. With his area of expertise, execution with a strong focus on digitization is from utmost importance.
Before joining Siemens Energy, Marc had various roles within Siemens AG. Beforehand he was practice leader in Willis Towers Watson’s Talent & Rewards line of business where he was responsible for Global Data Services and conducted consulting activities with regards to non-executives, executives, executive board, and supervisory board remuneration.
Tomas joined Nokia in January after 13 years at Sandvik, a global high-tech engineering group, and over a decade of consulting for EY and WillisTowersWatson.
He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of people, compensation, benefits, mobility and HR in M&A.
Sarah is the HR leader for Mercer’s international regions, as well as other global roles. Sarah joined Mercer in December 2003, as the UK HR Director.
Subsequently, she has been Global HR Leader for Mercer Retirement and Investments, Mercer EMEA and then various International regions. Prior to coming to Mercer Sarah was UK HR Director for AXA-PPP, HR Director for Centrica Financial Services and held various HR, Communication and Planning roles within AA Insurance and Financial Services.
During Sarah’s spare time she enjoys Pilates, detective novels and gardening. She has previously been a Special Constable in the UK Police Force, has been a Pension Trustee and on the Board of Governors for an agricultural college.
Sarah has a BA Hons from the University of London in English and History.

As Vice President of HR & Facilities for NTT Ltd.’s UK & Ireland business, Steve leads and develops a strategy that enables execution of our strategic business objectives through proactive people management.
Steve was previously UK&I People & Culture Director for the Dimension Data business and has over 20 years’ corporate experience. Steve is an evangelist for workspace of the future which will significantly change the way that NTT Ltd. work with their people in the UK&I.
Prior to joining Dimension Data, Steve earned his spurs as HR Director for the Symbian foundation and held senior HR roles with Vertu, Nokia and Samsung.
Steve started his HR career in recruitment at Sony, which explains why he has a keen interest in anything related to resourcing.
Steve lives near Farnham Surrey, married with 2 Boys who are rugby mad.
