Mercer Canada awarded a Platinum level Gender Parity Certification by Women in Governance for second year in a row.
The Parity Certification recognizes organizations who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to gender equality in the workplace. Mercer Canada was declared a Platinum level certified organization for two consecutive years, improving on its Gold level standing from 2019. The Women in Governance Parity Certification not only evaluates parity at the decision-making level of an organization, but also assesses the organization’s commitment to the implementation of mechanisms that enable women at all levels of its hierarchy to achieve career advancement.
