Partner, Career Business Leader, Mercer Canada
Susannah Crabtree is a Partner and a member of the Canadian Leadership Team. Leading Mercer Canada’s Career business, she manages a cross-country team focused on helping employers engage, develop and reward their people to build brighter futures.
Previously, Susannah led our Career business in Eastern Canada, specializing in talent strategy, compensation, governance, transformation and communications. She began her career at Mercer as a consulting actuary in our Wealth business, moving on to lead the Wealth business in Ottawa and serve as Ottawa Office Leader.
In addition to volunteering with the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, Susannah supports her local community as the incoming Board Chair of the YMCA/YWCA of the National Capital Region, and as a Trustee for WISE Trust.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours from McGill University, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. She has also completed the Director’s Education Program offered by the Institute of Corporate Directors.
