Head of Mercer Super
Tim joined Mercer in May 2021 as Head of Mercer Super.
Tim has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including with Ernst & Young where Tim was a partner and (most recently), as CEO of Australian Unity Bank where he has led significant growth in recent years.
Tim will play a pivotal role in driving growth for the Mercer Super business including the Mercer Super Trust and Mercer Portfolio Services. He will lead our efforts as we continue to deliver sustainable value for our clients and members.
On a more personal level, Tim is a strong advocate for reconciliation, championing an equitable and reconciled Australia. Tim has led efforts to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people own a home and build economic empowerment, helping define the role businesses play in this regard.
